Having spent nearly 35 years working in the commercial property sector, Andrew was excited to get involved with his son Alex’s plans to set up a residential company and seven years ago AP Residential was born.

Alex had already earned a good reputation in the local housing market working for another company and his own company grew quickly.

The plan was always to start in residential lettings and, when the time seemed right, develop into sales.

Andrew has always had a keen interest in the housing market and is very enthusiastic about this new venture and raring to get involved, as much as his own company, AP Commercial, will allow.

AP Commercial’s agency concentrates on the Coventry, Warwickshire, Nuneaton, Hinckley and Rugby areas.  

He was a keen rugby player in his youth and played for his college in London, also Roselyn Park and Kenilworth Rugby Club. He now prefers the more sedate game of golf and is a member of Kenilworth Golf Club. He is also an enthusiastic countryman, loves long walks and training his working Labradors to an impressively high standard.

Ours is a family business and our unique selling point is our independence, allowing us to established client trust without conflict of interest, together with our invaluable experience, gained over a third of a century of working in the property market.
