Time to go through - Excahnged in 2 months but waited a further 2 months to complete as everyone wanted.

Mr and Mrs H had a special connection to their house. When you’ve lived in a house for 26 years you normally do but this was even more special because they designed and built their home all those years ago. They had thought of absolutely every minute detail and had kept the whole property and all of the land in completely impeccable condition, and it showed. Once we had had our intitial meeting and we had gone back round again to learn everything we could about their home - I said how excited I was as we were leaving and Mr H said "Thats what we need - A bit of excitement!"

It was a joy to work with Mr and Mrs H through those months. They loved their home and wanted to move while they still had all of their lovely happy memories in it as a family and before it became too much for them and maybe they would have started to resent the amount of their time it was taking up. They wanted an agent who was going to communicate effectively with them, Mr H would often say that "No news is still news" when we would ring to give an update even when nothing much had happened on the sale that week. Mr and Mrs H were both then over the moon when we sold their home for the asking price to a family who love it just as much as they have with five sons to help them out with all of the gardening and land!
