I’ve recently used Pittaway & Thompson to let my Kenilworth flat, & it really could not have been simpler. From the very first valuation, to my tenants actually moving in, P&T took care of everything. Natasha was my sole point of contact, which kept lines of communication nice & straightforward, with no question unanswered. I have no timescale in mind, for how long I intend to keep my flat for letting purposes. But rest assured, I’ll be keeping P&T onboard for the duration.

When our landlord suddenly wanted to sell, we felt incredibly stressed but Natasha and the team worked to find us another property on the same street we lived on, liaising with the landlord and making it a smooth process for us! I had been a tenant for over a year with Pittaway Thompson in Kenilworth. I really loved my short tenure with them. I felt they helped me move in seamlessly, took every small issue I might have had with the house with utmost urgency and professionalism. The house was extremely well kept and was cleaned up so well before I did move in. I really liked that they are also having a portal of their own to keep track of rents etc. All in all, very happy with them and would recommend them.

When I invited PT to come over for a chat because we were thinking of downsizing, I didn’t expect the journey to start so quickly. By the time they left I felt warmth and trust in them not just as agents but as people of Kenilworth who love this area. I felt like they understood. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything but we decided to go on the market a few weeks later having spoken to no other agent. The photoshoot day was a big event in the diary and lasted all day with photographer, videographer and a drone to catch the aerial views. We were so excited to see our house in print with such a personal touch to the details. During our sale we have had regular catch ups and discussions and always agreed a way forward together. It has felt like a partnership. However, once it was all systems go, we got to know Charlie and then Dylan really well as they did the show rounds The WhatsApp chat has worked incredibly well for updates and last minute viewings or changes. I’ve also popped to the office a couple of times and always found the rest of the team super friendly and helpful. PT are like their own little family who look after each other and care about the community around them - because they live in it too! We cannot thank the whole team enough for helping us along our downsizing journey, which has felt a little emotional at times, but we are almost there now. We would 100% recommend this agency if you value great communication, honesty and people who genuinely care about their clients and their community in this growing town. Thank you PT for everything. From our first meeting with Alex and Olivia, right through to completion their professionalism and customer care was outstanding. It was a big decision to sell our family home and they took great care to help us every step of the way. The photographs for the brochure and the accompanying video were fantastic.Their whole team are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and iron out any problems along the way. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Great experience. Their communication is excellent - set up a WhatsApp group with all the key agents involved so could get quick updates when needed. The listing platform is also useful as a seller as you can login and see the viewings that are scheduled. Brochure and staging of the house was excellent. In a potentially difficult market or with a quirky property in terms of layout & size, all these little things add up to help a smooth process.

We approached Pittaway Thompson after being thoroughly disappointed with the previous agent. Well what a game changer! We met with Alex and Olivia and were impressed with their professionalism. They have a wonderful back up team and a unique way of marketing. Although their charges might be slightly higher than some other agents, it is well worth it due to their excellent marketing and negotiation skills on your behalf. Pittaway Thompson concentrate on the finer details through excellent photography, high end brochures and bespoke targeting resulting in maximising the value of your property. We would highly recommend them.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with the Pittaway Thompson team. From their first visit to our property, they were positive professional and realistic. Excellent advice about the best approach with our house and real passion and enthusiasm for it.The marketing of the property was excellent and quality potential buyers were shown the property. We received full reviews of every visit. We had two offers within 3 weeks of listing one of which we accepted . The teams follow up was excellent and we were kept informed throughout.
